Bereskin & Parr Welcomes New Associate Dominique Lambert

Dominique Lambert is an associate and patent agent at Bereskin & Parr LLP, and member of the Life Sciences practice group. Her practice covers all aspects of patents, particularly in the fields of cannabis, chemistry, clean technology, nanotechnology and the oil and gas industry.

For more than 15 years, Dominique has worked closely with Canadian companies, public institutions and international partners to help them protect their intellectual property in Canada and abroad. Dominique drafts and prosecutes patent applications for her clients, including multinational companies and universities. She also offers expertise in analysis and opinion on freedom to operate, validity and patentability.

Dominique holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical chemistry and a master’s degree in organic chemistry from the Université de Sherbrooke. Her academic background and many years of experience in the field of organic chemistry patenting have provided her with extensive knowledge in related fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, metallurgy and polymers.

Since 2014, Dominique has been a member of the Patent Practice Committee of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC).
