Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Canada is seeking a lawyer with 8+ years of strong experience in commercial law, licensing of intellectual property, and corporate governance (with 3+ years in-house experience preferred) to join their fantastic team.
This is an opportunity to work with one of the most influential accounting organizations in the world, supporting the profession and representing Canadian CPAs at national and international levels. This position will work collaboratively with, and support, senior leadership and other lines of business and corporate functions on legal, business and compliance matters.
This is hybrid position (~2 days in office) offers interesting and engaging work, at a welcoming, high-performing, and innovative organization. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
