WEL Partners welcomes new associate: Alexander J. Swabuk

WEL Partners is please to announce its newest associate, Alexander J. Swabuk to its professional team.

Alexander  practices exclusively in the areas of estates, trust, capacity, fiduciary and power of attorney litigation. He represents beneficiaries, trustees, executors, powers of attorney, individuals found to be incapable of handling their own property or personal care, and their family members.

Alexander graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and then obtained his J.D. from the University of Windsor. During law school, Alexander assisted with the Walsh Family Moot and was a Student Clerk for the Honourable Justice Lynda S. Ross at the Ontario Court of Justice. While studying, Alexander also represented the University of Windsor – Faculty of Law on their Men’s Ice Hockey Team at the Queen’s Cup Law School Hockey Invitational Tournament from 2014-2016. He was called to the bar in 2017.
