Milburn & Associates congratulates new partner Devin Jarcaig

Milburn & Associates is pleased to announce that Devin Michelle Jarcaig has been promoted to a partner of the firm.

Devin frequently represents employees and employers on a wide range of complex employment law issues, including litigation matters. Devin regularly provides her clients with strategic and legal advice about employment terminations, written offers of employment, wrongful and constructive dismissal cases, professional negligence, post-employment restrictions, and in circumstances involving bullying, harassment, or discrimination. She works closely with her partner, Jane Milburn, and they have a particular wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with employment issues and compensation practices for executives in the financial services and mining industries.

Devin was called to the bar in 2012 and she obtained her J.D. and LL.B. from the Dual Canadian and American law degree program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in 2011. Prior to attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill University in 2008. In August 2018, Devin presented at the Ontario Justice Education Network’s Summer Law Institute on legal issues related to the #MeToo Movement and harassment in the workplace. She is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and Women in the Capital Markets.
