Koziebrocki Law is pleased to welcome Carina Lentsch to its team.
Carina represents regulated professionals in complaints, investigations, incapacity, registration and discipline proceedings, as well as malpractice claims. She also has experience in the areas of employment law, professional liability insurance, human rights, privacy, and construction law. She is an experienced advocate and appears before all levels of Court in Ontario, regulatory Colleges and Associations, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Prior to joining Koziebrocki Law, Carina practiced at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto representing health and design professionals. Carina received her law degree from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, where she was recognized with an award in administrative and employment law. She also holds a B.A. Hons. from Queen’s University.
