We are currently seeking an associate with a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated labour and employment advocacy experience to join our Kitchener Waterloo office.
The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and the ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment. They must have exceptional practice management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a client service orientation. Sound judgment, strong oral and written communication skills and excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills are required in the role.
