Real Estate/Corporate Associate
November 7, 2024Coutts Crane, Barristers and Solicitors a well-established firm located in downtown Toronto is seeking a motivated Lawyer to join our real estate and corporate law group.
The successful candidate must have experience handling all aspects of Real Estate transactions and assisting senior lawyers with corporate law matters. The role includes supervising law clerks handling residential and refinance, purchase, and sale transactions, review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, loan documents, corporate minute books, meeting with clients and attending to registrations.
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 1-3 years’ Real Estate experience, member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and working knowledge of Teraview.
