Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Yael Kogan has joined the firm as an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Yael maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. She represents clients in complex, high-stakes matters, including breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, oppression actions, professional negligence, product liability, and regulatory matters. She has advocated for clients before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as before various administrative and regulatory tribunals.
