Tyr LLP welcomes Laura E. MacDonald to its IP litigation team

Laura E. MacDonald joins Tyr LLP from McCarthy Tetrault LLP, where she carried on a diverse trial practice focused on complex intellectual property litigation.
Laura is an experienced IP litigator and trusted advisor to clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, and telecommunications industries in patent litigation and other intellectual property matters. Laura regularly represents innovator pharmaceutical clients in patent infringement and impeachment actions. She has also represented a wide range of clients in trademark and copyright disputes.
Laura will work closely with her colleagues at Tyr to continue to achieve success for her clients inside the courtroom and out.
