Brian A. Blumenthal has joined ADR Chambers

We are pleased to announce that Brian A. Blumenthal has joined ADR Chambers’ mediation, arbitration and investigations panels. Brian has extensive experience in the administrative justice sector in Ontario, with more than 34 years as litigation counsel both in private practice and with the Ministry of the Attorney General (Ontario), most recently as Deputy Director and Senior Counsel of the Legal Services Branch of Tribunals Ontario. Brian’s mediation and arbitration practice focuses on employment and human rights, sexual harassment, workplace harassment, discrimination and reprisal, occupational health and safety, insurance (SABS), licencing, education, child welfare, environmental, landlord/tenant, privacy and access to information, conflict of interest, and property tax disputes.

Prior to his position as Tribunal Counsel, Brian was litigation counsel at the Ministry of the Environment (2010 – 2012) and the Ministry of Labour (1999 – 2010). Brian was also in private practice (1993 – 1999), practicing criminal law, administrative law and civil litigation.
