Aisha Ramakrishnan joins Aird & Berlis LLP

Aisha Ramakrishnan is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. She was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.
Aishas practice will focus on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financings and regulatory matters for private and public companies.
Aisha obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
