She advises clients on all areas of taxation law, focusing on tax planning for family-owned and closely-held businesses, including the tax implications of corporate transactions, estate and family business succession planning, and post-mortem planning. Before joining Robins Appleby, Amanda practised tax law at a large national law firm, where she had a general tax practice, focused on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and capital markets transactions, as well as executive compensation.
