Scott’s practice includes US, Canadian and international patent prosecution as well as licensing and other technology development agreements. His work is focused on climate and medtech, including experience with medical devices, drug delivery, bioreactors, nanotechnology, membranes, water treatment, building science and reduced carbon technologies. Scott was recognized and ranked in several publications including: IAM Patent 1000 (2016-2022), Managing Intellectual Property – IP Stars (2017-2022). Scott is also a past recipient of the J. Edward Maybee Memorial Prize for the highest overall mark in the Patent Agent Examination.
