Bereskin & Parr is pleased to welcome Laura MacDonald to our Toronto Office as an associate and member of our Litigation practice group.
Her practice focuses on litigation in all areas of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyright and confidential information. Laura gained significant trial experience while articling, working on a number of complex patent cases. Laura also has experience in trademark and copyright litigation in the Federal Court and Ontario Superior Court.
Laura graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law with a specialization in Law and Technology. She also graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University’s Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours program with particular interest in biochemistry and immunology.
