Naomi Zener is counsel with Bereskin & Parr LLP. Her practice focuses on copyright, entertainment, transactional IP and marketing and advertising law.
Naomi completed her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School and her Master of Law at the University of Toronto. She has 15 years of experience working in legal and business affairs executive management. Naomi also has private practice experience where she provided legal advice to clients on intellectual property, advertising and marketing, employment, development and production. She acted as Canadian counsel for clients in both Canada and the United States in the TV Broadcast, Film, and Technology industries. Naomi was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008, and admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
