Brauti Thorning Zibarras LLP Welcomes New Associate Richard Diniz

Richard L. Diniz is an associate at Brauti Thorning Zibarras LLP and practices primarily in the areas of criminal defence and regulatory law. Richard joined the firm in 2011 as an articling student. Prior to joining the firm, Richard was a summer student at a full service boutique law firm in Toronto, practicing civil litigation, corporate law and real estate law.

Richard received his B.A. (Hons) in Political Science and Law and Society, graduating Magna Cum Laude from York University in 2008. He received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011, completing the Criminal Law Intensive Program, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. Richard is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Portuguese Canadian Lawyers Association and the Criminal Lawyers Association.
