David’s practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions.
David was a summer student at Blakes in 2011 and 2012, and he completed his articles at the Firm in 2013/2014. During his articles, David completed a secondment to one of the Firm’s foreign investment banking clients, where he worked on a variety of corporate, securities and compliance matters.
