Deeth Williams Wall LLP Welcomes Anna Troshchynsky Back to the Firm

Deeth Williams Wall LLP is pleased to announce that Anna Troshchynsky has returned to the firm as an associate after her call to the bar in Ontario.

Anna’s practice covers a variety of intellectual property and information technology matters, including pharmaceutical regulatory law and litigation, privacy and data protection, and considerations around product regulation and marketing. She conducts patent searches and advises on issues relating to patentability and infringement. Anna also has experience in patent prosecution, specifically drafting patent applications.

Prior to attending law school, Anna obtained her Master of Science in Biology from York University. As a graduate student, she focused on immunology studies and was awarded the Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarship for her thesis in the area of antibody gene recombination. She joined DWW as a summer student in 2016 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019.
