DMG Advocates Welcomes Agatha Wong
July 22, 2019DMG Advocates is pleased to announce that Agatha Wong has joined us as an associate, practicing corporate commercial litigation.
Prior to joining DMG in 2019, Agatha summered and articled at the Crown Law Office – Civil of the Ministry of Attorney General of Ontario, where she worked on diverse litigation matters, ranging from class actions, judicial review applications to contractual disputes. Agatha also summered at a leading corporate law boutique in Toronto.
Agatha graduated from the McGill Faculty of Law in 2018. During law school, she competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. Agatha was also the Executive English Editor for the McGill Journal of Law and Health and a research assistant at the Paul-André Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law. In addition she was heavily involved in the English translation of an award-winning French-language book on transsystemic property law.
In her previous life before law, Agatha was a decision writer for the discipline committees of two professional regulators.
