Goldblatt Partners welcomes Darryl Korell
October 16, 2018Goldblatt Partners is pleased to announce that Darryl Korell has joined the firm as an associate in our Ottawa office.
Darryl represents trade unions and non-unionized employees in all labour and employment law matters, including discipline, accommodation, unjust termination, harassment, and defamation. Darryl is also a member of our Aboriginal rights practice, representing Indigenous groups and individuals at all levels of court in respect to land claims and other rights under the Constitution Act, 1982.
Darryl also acts as a Supreme Court of Canada agent, assisting clients with their motions, applications and appeals before the country’s highest court.
