GSNH LLP Welcomes Jennifer Stam to the Restructuring & Insolvency Group

GSNH LLP continues to build and strengthen its growing Restructuring & Insolvency Group with the arrival of Jennifer Stam. Jennifer was previously a Partner at Gowling WLG. Jennifer’s joining the Group reinforces its position as a leading insolvency law boutique offering clients sophisticated insolvency expertise with an entrepreneurial, facilitative approach.

Jennifer is well known within the Canadian insolvency community and has been involved in significant Canadian, cross-border and transnational commercial, insolvency and restructuring matters.  Her experience includes recapitalizations, acquisitions, commercial financing transactions, receivership proceedings, and corporate and insolvency restructurings.  Her roles include acting as counsel for debtors, secured and unsecured lenders and bondholders, and monitors.  Jennifer has acted for key parties in complex matters including, among others, company counsel to Nortel Networks and monitor counsel in Sino-Forest.

Jennifer joins Group members Michael Rotsztain, Mario Forte, Brendan Bissell and Robert Drake.
