Graham A. Hood joins Smart & Biggar
October 10, 2012Graham Hood’s practice focusses on trade-mark prosecution and litigation,including Office Actions, oppositions, section 45 cancellation proceedings and section 57 expungement proceedings.Mr. Hood’s practice also extends to passing off and infringement actions.
During his legal studies, Mr. Hood interned at the Trade-marks Opposition Board, where he worked in theSection 45 Division. During his second and third years at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, he served as an associate and senior editor of the Ottawa Law Review.
Mr. Hood holds a B.A.H. and an M.P.A. from Queen’s University, and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa.
