Keyser Mason Ball, LLP is excited to welcome Kevin Fernandes to the Firm’s partnership.
Kevin joined the firm in 2017 and is part of our Corporate and Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. Kevin’s practice includes purchase and sale transactions, corporate matters, professional client corporate services, private equity transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
After earning both his Bachelor and Master of Arts from Queen’s University, Kevin earned his Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Kevin has also completed the Osgoode Certificate in Canadian Securities Law and Practice through Osgoode Hall Law School.
