Lerners is pleased to announce that Anne Spafford has been appointed Managing Partner of our Toronto office. A respected litigator specializing in health law, insurance defence and professional regulation, Anne Spafford joined Lerners in 2001. Anne is known for her legal and scientific acumen, leadership skills (having been the Deputy Leader of Lerners’ Health Law Group), and ability to navigate difficult and sensitive litigation, as well as her mentorship of young lawyers. Fluent in both French and English, Anne has a B.Sc. in Nursing and an LL.M., and has been called to the Massachusetts and Ontario bars.
Lerners has a long standing history and reputation for promoting and advancing women in leadership roles in both its Toronto and London offices.
