October 16, 2015A life-long resident of Waterloo Region, Emily is pleased to return to the community to begin a career in law. Emily has a background in provincial government and politics. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo, she worked in various capacities for Ontario’s Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities. Most recently, Emily was responsible for advising the Minister on various public policy initiatives related to postsecondary education, the skilled trades and economic development. She has assisted in the development and successful passage of several government bills and has gained significant experience in both strategic communications and issues management.
