Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers’ Duncan Embury elected to OTLA’s Board of Directors
May 15, 2017Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is pleased to announce that Duncan Embury, head of Neinstein’s Medical Malpractice Group, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA).
Duncan is one of Canada’s preeminent medical malpractice lawyers. During his time with Neinstein, he has helped individuals harmed by all areas of medical negligence, including obstetrical malpractice and surgical malpractice, and has developed a reputation as a talented personal injury lawyer with expertise in occupier’s liability, product liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Duncan is also a widely respected presenter on medical malpractice issues to the OTLA, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
The OTLA was formed in 1991 to promote access to justice for all Ontarians and advocate for the rights of individuals who have suffered injury and loss through the wrongdoing of others.
