Pallett Valo Appoints Sarah Rustomji as Partner

Pallett Valo LLP is delighted to announce that Sarah Rustomji has been promoted to partner effective January 1, 2026.
Sarah’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters. She provides effective advice and advocacy to resolve complex business disputes, including commercial tenancy, defamation and shareholder disputes, as well as expropriation matters, and PPSA security and enforcement. Sarah regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has successfully conducted arbitrations in commercial leasing disputes.
In addition to her practice, she has served as a director of the Peel Law Association since 2023.
