Pallett Valo LLP is pleased to announce that Harjot Atwal has joined the firm as an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Practice.
Harjot obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. After his 2016 call to the Ontario Bar, Harjot developed his practice concentrating on commercial real estate transactions and land development matters.
Harjot’s client-service orientation has led him to develop proficiency with conveyancing and transactional work, including the purchasing, selling, and financing of real property. When encountering unique transactional issues, his goal is to craft creative solutions for his clients that consider both their daily operational needs as well as their big-picture goals.
Harjot also represents businesses and individuals in land development matters, including condominium development, land-use planning, property tax appeals, and other related matters.
