Pallett Valo LLP, the largest law firm in Peel Region, is pleased to welcome Jesse Porter as a member of its Wills, Estates and Trusts Group.
Jesse’s main focus is on estate planning and administration, trusts, charities and not-for-profit law. His clients range from high net worth individuals, business owners, estate trustees, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and attorneys for property and personal care.
When acting for estates and estate trustees, including estates that control businesses or business assets, he advises on matters related to succession planning, dissolution of businesses, and transfer of businesses. In addition, he assists individuals who act in multiple capacities, such as corporate director and estate trustee.
Jesse also prepares powers of attorney for property and personal care, wills, multiple wills, mirror wills, will agreements, family trusts, insurance trusts, spousal trusts, and alter ego trusts.
