Dino has practised exclusively in the field of intellectual property law for more than 30 years.  His practice focuses on all aspects of patent law in Canada, including the law relating to claim construction, infringement, remedies, anticipation, obviousness, and other invalidity issues, and has acted as counsel in IP litigation for a variety of different clients, from sole inventors to Fortune 500 companies.

Dino has also been counsel on trademark cases involving issues such as confusion, depreciation of goodwill, trade dress infringement, functionality and survey evidence.
