Saktish’s practice encompasses a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He completed his articles with Blakes in 2013, during which he seconded to a multinational package delivery company, where he worked on a variety of corporate matters. Prior to joining Blakes, Saktish has held positions with the Canada Revenue Agency’s GST audit department, Mercer’s pension consulting division and BMO’s Mosaik MasterCard Strategy group.
