Singleton Reynolds announces newest partner, Harpreet Dosanjh

Harpreet practices in the Insurance Law, Commercial Business, Construction and Employment and Labour practice groups. She has a broad range of expertise with a specialization in insurance defense, professional liability and complaints and disciplinary matters.  For her expertise and achievements, Harpreet has been ranked by her peers and clients as a leading lawyer in Professional Negligence.

She is recognized as a strong advocate, who has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and in the Supreme Court of Yukon. Harpreet brings a wealth of experience representing clients across diverse sectors and has resolved disciplinary matters with regulatory bodies across Canada including, the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, College of Alberta Psychologists, College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, College of Health and Care Professionals, College of Health Professionals, Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

In addition to being a litigator, Harpreet is also an accredited Mediator and Certified Investigator qualified to conduct investigations for all workplaces, regulators and colleges. She brings a pragmatic and trauma-informed approach to both investigations and dispute resolution to ensure a fair and effective process for all parties. Harpreet is passionate about giving back to her legal and local community and serves as an executive member in multiple sections with the Canadian Bar Association, and as a Volunteer Lawyer with Access Pro Bono and the South Asian Legal Clinic.  She is also the creator and author of the Dosanjh Docket Newsletter which provides a curated look at notable cases and legal news.
