Kaleigh advises clients at all levels of the construction supply chain, through all stages of the construction process.
She regularly acts as lead counsel in complex litigation, arbitration, adjudication and regulatory proceedings, and has appeared before various Ontario courts and tribunals on motions and trials. Her practice focuses on delivering tailored, business-oriented advice centered on creative risk management and resolving disputes effectively. She has built a reputation as a steadfast advocate, problem-solver and trusted strategist, with her expertise having earned recognition in Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch.
A devoted practitioner in all things Construction Act, Kaleigh is particularly experienced in construction lien proceedings and navigating the industry dynamics of prompt payment and adjudication. She has conducted lien proceedings across the province and acts for both claimants and respondents Construction Act adjudications of varying scope and complexity, including high-value claims and technical disputes in relation to delays, changes, and deficiencies.
As an active industry contributor, Kaleigh is a frequent speaker on construction law topics, and is an Adjunct Professor at the Angelo DelZotto School of Construction Management at George Brown College, teaching construction law courses since 2019.
