September 19, 2022Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome Nicholas Di Piano to our growing IP litigation bench. Nicholas joins the firm as an associate located in our Montréal office. He offers tailored solutions for his clients through identifying their needs and business objectives in order to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Nicholas graduated from The University of Ottawa, Magna Cum Laude, at the Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law. He received his Juris Doctor from The University of New Brunswick and prior to law school, he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology at McGill University (2015). Nicholas is currently a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Advocates Society.
