Smart & Biggar welcomes Camille Lachance Gaboury as Associate in Montreal
December 18, 2017Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Camille Lachance Gaboury has joined the firm as an associate in Litigation practice in our Montreal office.
Camille’s litigation practice focuses on all areas of intellectual property law, including trademarks, patents and copyrights. She is involved in all steps of filing litigation and trademark applications including, collecting evidence for affidavit and trademarks infringements. Camille also drafts written submissions to the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Camille holds a M.Sc. and a LL.B. from the University of Sherbrooke. Before joining the firm, Camille worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to a Federal Court of Appeal Judge.
