Tyr welcomes new Associate Alycia Noë

Tyr LLP is pleased to welcome new Associate Alycia Noë to our elite trial team.

Alycia’s practice is concentrated on intellectual property and complex commercial disputes, particularly in the life sciences and biotechnology spaces. Alycia has experience in all types of intellectual property disputes, with a particular specialty in pharmaceutical patent litigation. She holds a PhD in Biology from McGill University and spent over a decade working in scientific laboratories. Alycia is adept at applying her background in biomedical science to help clients find creative solutions to complex scientific and legal issues.

Alycia is fully bilingual and litigates in both English and French. Before joining Tyr, Alycia clerked for judges at the Tribunal administratif du Quebec and assisted with intellectual property and health law cases before the Quebec Superior Court. She articled with a global law firm in its intellectual property litigation group.
