Whitney Robinson Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome Whitney Robinson to the Corporate Group.

Whitney completed the J.D. program at Queen’s, where she was named on the Dean’s Honour List and was the recipient of the Queen’s Law Prize for highest academic standing in securities law, tax law, health law, international environmental law, advanced legal research and alternative dispute resolution. She was also recently published in a legal textbook, The Practical Guide to Canadian Legal Research. Whitney previously obtained both her M.Sc. and B.Sc. honours from Queen’s, where she graduated with distinction.

Prior to commencing her graduate studies, Whitney took a year off to travel around the world. Before working for Blakes, she worked at a commercial litigation firm. In her spare time at law school, Whitney volunteered as a researcher for Queen’s Pro Bono Students Canada and Model Parliament. She was also an upper-year buddy, a tutor and a participant in Queen’s Law Cabaret for the Cure.
