Divya practises entertainment, corporate, commercial, financial services and intellectual property law. She primarily represents film, television and commercial producers, institutional lenders, private financiers, distributors, media and technology start-ups, influencers, content creators, talent, athletes, music artists, talent agencies and management companies and hospitality and live entertainment companies.

Divya has been practising as an entertainment lawyer since 2014 and brings a wealth of expertise to the firm’s already established practice. Her legal advice is informed by industry knowledge, business strategy and pragmatism. Prior to joining the firm, Divya practised at a national law firm and executive produced various productions.
