Wildeboer Dellelce Welcomes Lovejot Bhullar to the Firm

Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to welcome Lovejot Bhullar to the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Lovejot brings with him a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions. His background and expertise make him a valuable addition to our team.

Before joining the firm, Lovejot practiced at law firms in Toronto and Mississauga, where he advised on mid-market commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, leasing, and corporate structuring.

Lovejot earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (Honours) from the University of Guelph. His tenure at law school was marked by leadership roles, including President of the Technology and Intellectual Property Law Club and Vice President (Finance) of the Health Law Club. His editorial contributions to the Windsor Intellectual Property and Information Technology journal underline his academic commitment.

In 2023, Lovejot was also a participant in the Ontario Bar Association’s Career Accelerator Program, where a group of early- and mid-career lawyers completed intensive skills training in three emerging areas of law: artificial intelligence, ESG and fintech.
