We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a senior associate. Counsel role may also be considered.
Our team has extensive litigation experience at all levels of Canadian Courts. Our lawyers get hands-on written and oral advocacy experience at an early stage of their careers. We provide a collegial environment and the opportunity to work as part of a team of leading advocates.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation
- Experience in drafting legal argument
- Experience in oral advocacy
- Experience in managing junior members of a team, and managing day-to-day tasks in files
- A scientific or engineering background
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
