Commercial Litigation / Restructuring Lawyer

Blaney McMurtry LLP has an immediate opening for a lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our busy Commercial and General Litigation Group.

The successful candidate will work primarily on debt restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, in addition to other commercial litigation files as needed. A clear interest in bankruptcy and insolvency law must be demonstrated. Experience in this area is welcome, but not a requirement.

The candidate must have strong analytical, research and drafting skills, be a team player willing to jump into the role that is needed on larger matters, while maintaining a client-service focus and assuming carriage of their own files as well.
