We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to work as a Real Estate Associate with significant emphasis on mortgage enforcement within our busy and expanding real estate practice. There will also be opportunities to engage in transactional and lending work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong focus on power of sale transactions, including drafting and reviewing related documentation, managing proceedings, and advising clients on enforcement strategies.
- A comprehensive understanding of the legal principles, processes, and requirements associated with power of sale transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of files efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach to building and maintaining relationships.
