Litigation Associate

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Lawyer to join our Litigation Department. The successful candidate should have experience and expertise in Professional Negligence and Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent drafting and organizational skills;
- Have experience with complex motions, drafting pleadings, conducting cross-examinations and discoveries;
- Regulatory litigation experience would be an asset;
- Work well in a highly collaborative and professional team setting; and
- Have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships.
