Junior Associate, Insolvency & RestructuringMay 28, 2021
With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience, the right candidate is able to pivot between – and balance – legal positions and real-life solutions. Candidates should have the experience to form the foundations of a future well-rounded insolvency lawyer adept in corporate transactions and insolvency litigation. General corporate/commercial experience is a plus.
You will be joining a collaborative team but will have an aptitude to (and will be asked to) work independently on diverse matters. Our practice includes all manner of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring mandates – you will have the support and mentorship of a well-established group and will be encouraged and supported in all endeavours to expand your abilities and grow your practice. A healthy cynicism coupled with cautious optimism is a must.
