Our IP lawyers work on a variety of mandates, partnering with our clients to develop and implement their IP strategies. While the role will include originating drafting, legal opinions, and patent office proceedings, our IP lawyers also have regular opportunities to work collaboratively with our corporate and international colleagues on transactional and risk-mitigation mandates, IP-adjacent mandates (such as commercial agreements relating to software, data, and AI), as well as global IP portfolio development.
Innovation is essential to the long-term success of companies and institutions. Our goal is to support the successful candidate in acquiring the tools, knowledge and acumen to become a trusted advisor able to guide clients in protecting their innovations and navigating their competitive landscapes. Established client growth opportunities will support increasing responsibility and career progression.
