Join Osler’s Franchise & Distribution Group as an associate in our Toronto office for the opportunity to focus on all aspects of domestic and international franchising, including structuring franchise agreements and preparing franchise disclosure documents, as well as providing day-to-day advice to franchisors operating in a broad range of industries. You will also gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial issues affecting franchisors, distributors and retailers, including advertising and marketing, privacy, retail, e-commerce and consumer protection.

Do you have what we’re looking for?
- 1 to 4 years of general commercial experience, ideally with an interest or specialization in franchise and distribution law;
- a desire to grow while developing new skills in a challenging area;
- excellent academic credentials;
- superior communication and drafting skills.
