Pape Salter Teillet LLP is looking for a junior/mid-level associate to join our Indigenous rights litigation team. PST is an Indigenous-rights boutique, solely dedicated to advancing the rights and interests of Indigenous peoples across Canada. Our nationwide practice engages with complex issues of constitutional and administrative law, including litigation of both historic and modern treaty issues, and we are seeking a litigator who shares our commitment to the advancement of Indigenous rights.
Qualified candidates will be licensed lawyers and members of a Canadian law society. Candidates must have litigation experience, demonstrated interest or knowledge of Aboriginal and constitutional law, and a desire to build a practice focused on work with Indigenous governments across Canada.
While PST practices out of office locations in Toronto and Vancouver, the firm is open to remote working arrangements with qualified candidates.
