General Qualifications:
- Lawyer with 3-4 years’ experience in administrative law, ideally in professional regulation
- Excellent advocacy skills, both written and oral
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work in collaboration with colleagues
- Manage a busy workload and prioritize assignments
- Knowledge of and commitment to the additional ethical obligations imposed on lawyers acting as prosecutors are necessary
