The successful candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience including some experience with employment law matters;
• Experience conducting trials, examinations for discovery, pre-trials and mediations;
• excellent academic credentials; and
• superior communication and drafting skills as well as having strong attention to detail.
