Our Tax Group includes six lawyers with expertise in domestic and cross-border estate planning, business succession planning, corporate reorganizations, and the structuring of mergers, acquisitions, and financing. We also have significant experience resolving tax disputes. Our Tax Group is supported by a dedicated team of tax clerks and assistants.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Tax Partner to join our thriving firm. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in corporate tax planning (including M&A, reorganizations, restructurings) and in succession planning (including business succession planning, trust planning, post-mortem planning, etc.).
This is a unique opportunity to join a collegial and forward-looking firm that prioritizes succession planning, professional autonomy, and competitive remuneration. A portable book is not required.
